Socialization is an enrichment process that exposes your puppy
to varied elements of our environment. Think of a puppy’s brain
as lots of little electrical sockets and plugs floating in
space. Triggers in the environment are responsible for bringing
those plugs and sockets together. Most of these windows of
opportunity close after the pup reaches sixteen weeks of age.
Good Dog’s Head Start puppy classes organize experiences to
help the plugs find the sockets before the pup is sixteen weeks
old.
