Hello, Ken,
I thought that
we would give you an update since it has been quite
a while since Deb and I have visited you. Chloe
will be 2 yrs in July and Holly was 14 last November
but still goes on our morning walks through the
woods. We go for one-hour morning walks as a pack
with her every day. She does fine off leash and she
loves to dig and catch mice, chase squirrels, etc.
As you have said, we have to constantly stay on top
of her. Always wanting to test the boundaries! In
the afternoon, Deb often takes her for a run with
the bike. We trained her gradually in the same way
that you trained the dog with the skate board. I
took Chloe to the boundary water canoe area
wilderness last September. I took some time to get
her used to riding in the canoe. Because of your
training Chloe is very secure and I can pick her up
at any time and have her in my arms on her back.
Doesn't tend to squirm, but enjoys the love and
attention. She will even sleep that way while I lie
on my back. I have attached some pictures. Look
