| Ken Wedel began training dogs
in 1978 with an Irish Spaniel/Shepherd mix he
named Crystal. Every dog he has owned and trained
since has been trained at the advanced level and able walk through crowds
of people without being on a leash, and responding to hand
commands as well as the basic and advanced obedience commands. Ken uses only positive re-enforcement along with
his pack theory and dog psychology training methods. These methods are
safe, humane, and naturally understood by the dog and they produce great results.
Ken's method of dog training focuses on
understanding the world from the dog's point of view, and using the
dog's natural instincts, body language and energy to create positive
behavior. Dog owners have sought his advice from as far away as
California, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Arizona, New
Mexico New York, as well as Canada. Dog owners have begun bringing their
dogs to the newly opened K-9
Education Center for training and behavior modification from
as far away as Minneapolis, Milwaukee and Chicago.
